Move with
awareness.
Personalized hatha yoga for all levels, from beginners to experienced students. Gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, relaxation and mindfulness in a calm, supportive room.
A private studio for yoga, meditation and tabla. One to three students at a time.

Nada Yoga Studio is a private yoga and meditation studio in Carver, Massachusetts, offering personalized sessions for adults of all ages and mobility levels — by appointment, for one to three participants at a time.
Each session blends gentle hatha yoga, seated yoga, meditation, breath awareness, rhythmic movement, and the foundations of Indian music and Kathak dance. Alongside movement, traditional North Indian tabla is taught in a classical learning environment.
Yoga, tabla and Vedanta are not three separate services here. They are the same attention approached from three directions — through the body, through the hands, and through the question underneath both. A single session can move between them.

Two hand-played drums with an intricate rhythmic language. More than rhythm alone, tabla is a study of listening, precision and dialogue — each stroke has a name, a tone, and a place inside a larger structure.
Instruction is rooted in the Farrukhabad and Lucknow gharanas, informed by over 13 years of study and performance with the Toronto Tabla Ensemble under Ritesh Das, and guided today by ongoing advanced study with Satyaprakash Mishra of the Benaras Gharana.

Advaita Vedanta is a non-dual philosophical tradition rooted in the Upanishads of India. Advaita means not two — it points to the understanding that beneath the changing experiences of body and mind there is a single, unchanging awareness.
Rather than a belief system, it is a method of inquiry. Guided meditation at the studio is based on this tradition: study, reflection and stillness, approached simply.
Who am I, really?
The three are one motion. Watch it move.

The body learns to pay attention. Breath sets the tempo before anything else does.

Counted, named, repeated. The same attention, moved from the body into the hands.

What is left when the counting stops. This is where Vedanta begins its question.

Sessions are shaped in conversation. Nothing is prescribed before the studio understands how you move, what you want and what your body would rather not do today.
No experience is necessary. Beginners are always welcome.
Many sessions can be practiced fully seated in a chair, or with minimal floor work.
Gentle and low-impact throughout, supporting balance, coordination and focus.
Seated movement, standing movement, or rhythm-based flow — adapted to comfort.
